Join a member of the Activate Learning teaching team on Wednesday 17th June at 6pm for a live demonstration.
The Level 2 Patisserie course is designed to enhance your skills within our outstanding professional kitchen and training facility
You will cover a range of skills and techniques focused around the 4 main areas of modern patisserie production. We'll cover Fermented dough's , Paste products ( Pastry), Hot and cold desserts and plating & biscuits cakes and sponges. All ingredients are provided and you will be able to take home what you produce to evaluate and share.
There will be a theory part to each element and the course is certificated by City & Guilds It's widely recognised as the door opener into our industry if that were your ambition. The course is open to all whether your a chef, Home baker or just want to hone your "Bake off" skills. Past students are now running successful businesses, working at some of our Industry's leading establishments or simply enjoying putting a professional touch to their home baking.
